DTA (UK) app for iPhone and iPad

‘Dental technicians, technologists and clinical dental technicians (CDTs) can now keep up to date with the Dental Technologists Association (DTA), record their CPD and develop their careers following the recommendations set out in ‘Standards for the Dental Team’ (General Dental Council) from the convenience of their iPhone, iTouch or iPad.
View the DTA’s latest news, Facebook and Twitter activities directly from the app. Use the PDP module to construct your professional/personal development plan to quickly and easily assess how you would like to develop your career and set your goals to realise your ambitions.
Record all your professional development activities in the CPD module. Categorise them into verifiable or general as well as the General Dental Council’s ‘core’ highly recommended and recommended subjects. See at a glance your yearly and five-year cycle summaries and make submitting your annual return with the General Dental Council a breeze. Reflect on what you have learnt and set follow-up activities which are entered in your calendar. See at a glance your recorded and follow-up activities.
PDP and CPD activities can be exported if desired.
This app is free to download but you will need to be a member of the DTA to use the CPD and PDP modules.’
